•Summary: Command to power-up the device and select the operational mode and functionality.
•Purpose: ◦This command MUST be issued to complete the power-up sequence for the device. The POWER_UP command is issued after the POR sequence has completed AND CTS is high. CTS can be polled using READ_CMD_BUFF.
◦In the event that a patch is downloaded to the chip, the patch must be downloaded before the POWER_UP command is issued.
◦Power-up is complete when the CTS is high. This command may take longer to complete than other commands, as the chip also performs several internal calibrations.
◦These calibrations include calibration of the boot clock oscillator and the 32kHz R-C oscillator against the crystal oscillator; it is therefore necessary to specify the frequency of the crystal oscillator through the XO_FREQ parameter.

问题解决，要注意SDN，SDN  Reset 后延迟了1 s再做其它动作 power up正常。可以检测到CTS
