live555 test program 无响应

请教各位大神，我从live555官网下载了整个stream media 的源代码，分别在VM的ubuntu16.04 和 海思3516的SDK 里面arm-hisiv300-linux-gcc 的环境下编译与交叉编译，看起来都是编译成功没有什么报错。 然后我跑testH264VideoStreamer 这个程序（还没有进行过改动），console上面看起来是在正常运行但是VLC player接收不到streaming。 望解惑，非常感谢！

1。 在ubuntu 环境下console：
:~/Documents/live/testProgs$ ./testH264VideoStreamer

测试的test.264文件可以直接在VLC播放。
