3531下网卡芯片Ping不通的问题

在3531芯片驱动2个网卡芯片，(芯片用的是RTL8211EG)，用ifconfig命令可以检测到eth1,但是eth1无法ping通，eth0是可以正常ping通的。

输入ifconfig命令后显示如下：

可能是软件问题导致的吗，请教各位，谢谢。
