海思 雄迈开发板 VLC移植 用VLC播放报错，请教大神

我使用的是雄迈的开发板，编写了一个nvr程序，现在主要用VLC进行视频回放，当我在开发板上运行软件时提示如下错误，哪位大神懂得帮忙看看
