Hi3516EV300 UVC开机第一次显示花屏

问题描述

海思3516EV300 运行UVC 时，设备开机后第一次打开摄像头，不论选择何种分辨率画面都会在高细节的环境下丢失数据，关闭相机应用再次打开相机同样的场景就恢复正常了

问题出现的平台版本及自己尝试过哪些方法
