Current Task
Using the ss524v100 SDK I am trying to create an example of a decoder that can decode an RTSP stream and display the video output over the HDMI output. To do this I added libraries from ffmpeg to have the device act as the RTSP client and send the data from the RTSP stream through the board’s hardware encoder. So far I have been able to see that I can decode video but I am having difficulty getting the video to display from the HDMI out.

How it Works
To accept the RTSP stream I imported libraries from ffmpeg. The files can be found between /mpp/include and /mpp/lib.

For the decoding and video output I have been adapting the existing example in /mpp/sample/vdec. My main file is in /mpp/sample/vdec_ffmpeg. I used the example in /vdec since it decodes a h264 file locally and sends output to HDMI.

Summary
I am not sure exactly where the problem is but I can tell it works up to the part of displaying through HDMI
