hi3531 PCIe

Hi!

Hi3531 has 2xPCIe 1.1. It can acts as root and as end point. Is it possible to connect hi3531 to ordinary x86 pc with PCIe slots?
I don`t have deep knowledge of PCIe.

As I understand after hi3531 has power on, it starts to load system (linux), until system will not be fully loaded, PCIe of hi3531 doesn`t acts.
So, because loading of the system takes some time, how PC will recognize PCIe end point device? I suppose that bios of PC works faster than loading system on hi3531.

Maybe I am wrong, and bios and other early stages of PC loading (Win or Lin) do nothing with PCIe device and it can be plugged (I mean software plugged by PC`s system) any time.

Anybody has such knowledge or experience?

The same question to hi3516/hi3517, but I think answer is the same for all HiSi SoCs with PCIe.
