海思3516av200按照SDK烧录进去后内核无法启动

 
按照海思3516av200的SDK,把u-boot-hi3516av200.bin  uImage_hi3516av200 rootfs_hi3516av200_64k.jffs2烧录进去后内核启动不了,有没有大牛知道这是怎么回事额!用的是16m的spiFLASH
